  Wynchemna's ESL courses in the Canadian Rockies provide a unique opportunity to learn English and French in one of the most beautiful natural settings in the world. Our philosophy is that youths should enjoy acquiring a second language. We accomplish this through a combination of classroom and recreational activities.
Language Instruction
Daily language classes offered in:
  • English
  • French
Wynchemna's Teachers are:
  • Teachers with second language training or overseas experience
  • Teachers with English language qualifications and experience working with youth

Our classroom provides a formalized method of language acquisition.
Each youth receives:

  • 50 hours of language lessons (3-week course)
  • 66 hours of language lessons (4-week course)

The student-to-teacher ratio is - on average - 7:1.
