Stomping Striped Porcupines - July 16, 2018 - Bowling, Movies and SHOPPING!

Today we woke up and had the usual family style breakfast at our home in SAIT. After we ate and cleaned up we jumped right into some fun English lessons to start the day “bright” and early.After lessons we headed to SAIT’s fabulous food-court which features a variety of Asian and American inspired delicacies. With our bellies full, we headed off to one of the biggest mall’s in Calgary. First was the bowling, and we sure didn’t “strike” out with this one and hit a gutter mall. Then we did what for many is the highlight of every vacation, SHOPPING!!! Before leaving the mall we swung by the theatre to watch American Animals, an award winning film that showcases people who question whether their attempts to inject excitement and purpose into their lives are simply misguided attempts at achieving the American dream.We ended another great day by getting ready for more of friends to arrive which will easily double the amount of people, so exciting!!![AFG_gallery id='776']
