Clicking Orcas - Camping Trip

On our camping trip and the days leading up to camping, we had a lot of fun doing a number of activities. The day before, we made three tent groups and played games together: The Moose, The Grizzlies, and The Wolves.During our camping trip we spent a day touring downtown Victoria and whale watching, followed by days out at the swimming hole, caving, hiking up a mountain, kayaking and ziplining.It was a really nice trip and concluded with a few days back at home, including preparing a wonderful diverse meal of food from across the world prepared in groups of students from other countries. The meals were all very delicious, and included everything from Mexican tacos, French chocolate cake, German pretzels, Czech potato pancakes, and Taiwanese dumplings.We returned to campus on the last day after going for a nice meal in the historic area of Gastown in Vancouver. Everyone left the next day to go on with adventures back home and still abroad, but we left feeling accomplished and glad to have made Vancouver home for the last few weeks.[AFG_gallery id='185']
