Galloping Western Mustangs - July 24, 2017 - Kayaking, Baseball & Loose Moose!

The fun continues at Wynchemna! All the students are enjoying themselves from lessons to recreational activities to bus rides. Today was no exception - after our fun lessons in the morning we grabbed a bite to eat and headed out to Glenmore Reservoir to go kayaking. We all had a great time splashing around in the water and cooling off on this hot summer day. After kayaking we moved over to the park to play a popular North American summer sport - baseball! We practiced catching, throwing, batting and even got some good games going.After spending the afternoon doing active sports in the sun we went to the mall for a well-deserved supper and a little time for shopping. Upon returning to SAIT, we were joined by Sean from Loose Moose Improv for some drama games in a really fun workshop. We laughed, acted, and most importantly stepped out of our comfort zones.And to end our day on a high note, we celebrated one of our teacher's birthdays![AFG_gallery id='661']
