Humming Owls - July 3rd 2014

Today was another exciting day at Wynchemna. After breakfast we went to our lessons where we engaged in stimulating activities such as acting out different scenarios in role play and talking about our fun day at Banff yesterday. We then cleaned up our apartments in preparation for the new students arriving tomorrow who we are all very excited to meet. We then went for dinner at Market Mall. The best part of today was most definitely the Paper Clip Game. This game is based off a real life story where a man started with a paper clip and traded it  for better things until he got a house. We went to a friendly neighbourhood and recreated our own stories by trading in our paper clips for various objects. As a result we managed to get Cowboy hats (perfect for the upcoming Calgary Stampede), a piggy bank with coins in it, and other things such as a case that you can use to put your iPod or cell phone in. We went to bed excited about new students arriving tomorrow morning! [AFG_gallery id='127']
