Shopped 'till we dropped!!

Our day started with a quick and nutritious breakfast before we began our big road trip to the West Edmonton Mall. We all made sure to wear our shopping shoes because it is the biggest North America, and we had lots of ground to cover today! We took a pit stop on the way to the mall to celebrate Antonio’s 16th birthday with some cake and singing. Happy. Birthday Antonio, we hope your Canadian birthday was one to remember! After cake, we angstly continued our journey to the mall, many of us already had our shopping lists ready. Once we arrived we had a quick lunch before we all hit the stores in teams. We all bought lots of things today, and made so many great memories. We still can’t believe how big it was! We wrapped up our shopping trip with a delicious dinner in a park where we let our inner child come out. Our bus ride home was spent laughing, joking and making more memories. Before bed we spent some final quality time with Giulia and Gaspard who are returning home to their respectful countries tomorrow. After shopping and good-byes, we are all ready for a good night’s sleep.
