Cunning Arctic Foxes - July 31st - Canoeing, Baseball, Quidditch

Such an exciting day full of fun sports and activities for the Cunning Arctic Foxes today!Today, the students started off the day with a great breakfast and some English and French lessons. A delicious lunch followed these fun lessons before the students began their sport adventures! They all got ready to go and took the bus to the Calgary Canoe Club to start their daily activities.There, some great instructors taught us how to canoe and we went for a paddle in the reservoir. They had so much fun splashing each other with the paddles and had such great TEAMWORK!! When the time was over for canoeing, we walked over to a field where they had some snacks for refreshments and got started on the baseball lesson! They learnt to catch, throw and bat. They all did amazing and most importantly, had so much FUN!We then headed over to a great restaurant - Boston Pizza - where they enjoyed a great meal of penne with rose sauce. They played games at each table after dinner to entertain themselves until everyone was done eating. After dinner, we headed back to SAIT for the last surprise activity of the evening. They played a great Hogwarts game of Quidditch! They really enjoyed this game and the competition behind it. After the game, they were really tired, enjoyed some free time and went to bed.
