Gnawing River Beavers - July 8th, 2017 - Stampede breakfast and tent games!

The Beavers were up early this morning to head to the Scandinavian Centre to enjoy a traditional stampede breakfast of pancakes and sausage. The students sat at tables with local Calgarians and took in the square dancing and western music.After lessons and lunch, we got ready for our big camping trip by getting into our tent groups and packing our sleeping bags, tents, and other supplies. After all the hard work was done, we decorated t-shirts and competed in tug-of-war, dizzy bat, and a water ballon fight. We finished off the day with a pizza party in the back yard. Then we headed off to bed early to get lots of rest in preperation for tomorrow's stampede![AFG_gallery id='585']
