Hooting Snowy Owls - Skating and Soccer - July 17, 2016

Today started with the first big breakfast in over a week. There was lots of laughter and smiling as everyone was looking forward to the days events. The students had a great time at their first lesson in over a week. Everyone was enjoying all the fun activities that went along with it.All the students went skating at Calgary's Olympic Oval this morning. Everyone either learned how to skate or had fun skating with their new found friends. At the end of the day everyone had a great time and learned lots.After more lessons in the afternoon the students went to play soccer at the Calgary soccer centre. We had a competitive game and a game that was a bit less intense. A bunch of goals were scored and a bunch of fun was had by all kicking the ball aroundWe then enjoyed a great dinner at Swiss Chalet where we ate stir fry with french fries. We went back too SAIT and then had one more fun lesson before all the students went to bed excited for tomorrow.[AFG_gallery id='452']
