We rose and shone for Calgary’s Stampede Breakfast. While there was a long line for flapjacks and Canadian bacon, there was also great country music sung by a live band. The mayor of Calgary, Naheed Nenshi, was also there, and so were cowboys and cowgirls and horses. We Screaming Eagles met so many nice Canadians! In the afternoon, we went rock climbing, where we climbed high as the sky, and we played beach volleyball, where we dug our toes deep into warm summer sand. So much fun was had in the sun that the kids could not stop laughing during our evening lesson.[AFG_gallery id='139']
