Splashing habour seals - July 27, 2018 - Scavenger hunt and

Today was such an exciting day as we started out the true first day at Wynchemna. First, we headed to our new cafeteria for some French Toast and eggs for breakfast. Then we got into groups for our scavenger hunt. We had to find things like the on-campus Starbucks and the giant whale at the Beatty Museum. Then we had our placement exam before lunch. After this, we headed to Jericho beach for our very own sailing lesson! We learned how to sail the seven seas in our boats but a lack of wind at the end meant we had to paddle a bit. We then enjoyed some pizza on the beach and swam in the ocean! We ended by celebrating Eliska’s birthday. Overall, it was a fun day![AFG_gallery id='817']
