Stomping Striped Porcupines – July 14, 2018 – STAMPEDE!!!!! :)

Today was a special day for us, a day likely to be favorite for many and sure to make some lasting memories for all. It started with a quick bus ride to the famous Stampede breakfast where we enjoyed freshly made pancakes served laden with syrup and served sausages and beans. During breakfasts the students interviewed local Calgarians about what stampede is and why they like it, an activity everyone really loved.After a quick stop at SAIT for some quick English lessons and lunch we headed off finally to the Calgary Stampede. At the Largest Outdoor Rodeo boy did we have quite a day! We went on carnival rides, watched the rodeo, barked at the dog show, mooed at the agriculture room, had a blast at the fireworks and topped it all off with some just juicy hotdogs.[AFG_gallery id='772']
