Vancouver - August 4 Skating and Beach Day

Today we took our students to go skating. They all did extremely well... the teachers were very impressed. Afterwards, we watched a game of hockey before leaving for the bus. Following skating, we went to a beach which had a fabulous view of downtown Vancouver, Stanley Park, and the Coastal Mountains. We spent the afternoon playing volleyball, swimming in the ocean, and just relaxing while eating watermelon.Tomorrow, we are off to conquer the Grouse Grind which is a 2.9 kilometer hike up a mountain in North Vancouver. It is called "mother natures stairmaster" because there are over 2,800 stairs. It has one of the greatest views of the Greater Vancouver Area is is well worth the hour and a half hike. We're very excited to share this great team-building experience with all of our students.[AFG_gallery id='96']
