Wild Roses - July 27 & 28-2013

The students have finally arrived and settled into the new camp. Today began with an English exam, but the rest of the afternoon was filled with many fun activities. The students gathered to play some sports on the soccer field until lunch, and after, everyone made there way to the Olympic Oval for a once in a lifetime skate on an Olympic speed skating ice surface. The intense skating increased everyones appetite, and later that night, the students made a delicious spaghetti and meatball dinner for the entire camp. There was still some time after everyone finished eating, so a game of soccer was played in a nearby park before the students packed in for the day.
