A Roaring Day In Drumheller!

We had an exciting action-packed day today! We started our day with mourning lessons with a dinosaur twist. We had lunch at the U of C and then made our way down to the Badlands. Drumheller is known as the dinosaur capital of the world due to the amazing amount of fossils that have been discovered in the area. Our first stop was Horseshoe Canyon, where we hiked and explored the beautiful landscape and steep hills. After our hike, we had a small watermelon break and made our way to the Royal Tyrrell Museum, which displays various different fossils from different time periods. After a quick stop at the gift shop, we headed over to the water park for Burgers and some fun in the sun, followed by a fantastic water fight. Before leaving, we took a group photo in front of the famous Drumheller T-Rex and gave our best Dino roars! A great way to end another action-packed day at Wynchemna. A quick shout out to Max, our student of the day and big thanks to Roger for preparing snacks and making sure our transport was safe and speedy!
