Caribous got Talent

Today was an exciting day for Wynchemna’s very own Camp Caribous. First students readied their rooms for an early departure to the rockies tomorrow morning. Then students broke off into two groups: one group visited the Volley-dome, a brand new volley ball establishment. The other group hit the driving range in order to practice the noble art of golf. Both teams made lots of memories practicing two very different kinds of sport.

Upon returning to campus everyone gathered in order to participate in a Talent Show. Students had been preparing their performances for over a week and now they finally had the chance to preform them in front of their peers!

We had many different kinds of performances, from dancing, singing, piano playing and even a make up application tutorial. The variety of skills shared between these students is truly boundless!

To close off the proceedings of the evening, students had the chance to sing and dance with their classmates one last time before our early departure for the rockies tomorrow morning. An air of excitement and adventurous spirit permeates through the air as campers say their goodbyes to Calgary, and prepare to say “Hello” to the Canadian Rockies!
