Extreme Air Park and Watermania!

Another sunny day here at Wynchemna! We start our day gathered all together at breakfast, eager to hear all about our activities for the day. Delicious french toast, ham, sausages, yogurt, and berries fuelled our day.

Our last day of lessons started us off before heading our for camping. We went full Canadian for these! We learned some tradition Inuit games from Nunavut: Leg wrestling, Muskox Push, Walrus Push, Arm Pull and many more! Then we headed into some line dancing with everyone! The lessons were full of laughter and fun, everyone getting into the spirit of our Canadian spirit! We wrapped it up with a very important camping lesson from Adam. Learning about our upcoming journeys and the important details of what to pack for camping.

After a lovely lunch break we headed to an afternoon of fun! First stop: Extreme Air Park! We went to the trampoline park… and you think it would be JUST trampolines. But there was dodgeball, foam pits, jousting, basket ball, even some rock climbing! We ran around making sure we got to experience it all. Even had a full camp dodgeball battle! Although I don’t think anyone kept score, we were having too much fun! We then had a break for food: Subway! Everyone made their own sandwich to their special order and chowed down to get ready for our next step. WATERMANIA! We went swimming, down slides, in the splash zone, and the most refreshing after such a busy week: The hot tub!

A truly wonderful day at Wynchemna. We retired back on campus to do some cleaning and packing, and most importantly, laundry! Everyone cannot wait to get on the ferry tomorrow and start camping.
