Cackling Canada Geese - July 11, 2017 - West Edmonton Mall

We arose early this morning for a special day of shopping and swimming. The students were ecstatic to visit the biggest mall in Canada. We piled onto the bus and made the long journey to Edmonton. On the way there the teachers recounted tales of fabulous purchases and scary waterslides. The students marvelled at the idea of so many fun times.We arrived and dined on hamburgers, chicken burgers, fish burgers, and french fries - yum! Then the folks who wanted to swim headed to the pool and those who wanted to shop made their way to the stores.After hours of shopping and swimming the students were all tuckered out. We piled back onto the bus for the ride home. We stopped by the classic Canadian restaurant Tim Hortons for a scrumptious turkey bacon club and an assortment of Canadian donuts for dessert. “We had such a great day!” said one student. The students then had their own fun times to share about enjoying a day at West Edmonton Mall.[AFG_gallery id='604']
