Today was a good day. It started with a hearty breakfast and transitioned quickly into our daily lessons. By lunch time the students minds were buzzing as their stomachs awaited a second scrumptious meal to prepare them for what was ahead. A guest appearance by a professional improv comedian energized the students as the halls echoed with laughter. Next the students were off to the campus arena for one of Canada's greatest traditions; a friendly ice hockey game.Part of today was also dedicated towards preparing for our upcoming camping trip. The students gathered their sleeping gear and split into tent groups. The tent groups bonded as they competed in a head to head battle to see who could both design the best t-shirts and create the best song and dance.Everyones creativity flourished and the seventh floor was filled with magnificent garments and the singing voices of angels. Although one group did prevail as champions, everyone was deemed a winner as they all went to bed with smiles from ear to ear thinking of the memories made and adventures to come.
