Laughing Sea Lions - July 26 2015 - Arrivals Day and Bowling

It was a smooth and exciting arrivals day for the students joining our Vancouver camp this year. In mid-afternoon we welcomed Nikita, Danila, and Sergei from Russia, Anna from Czech Republic, Liam from France, and siblings Theresea & David from Germany.Later in the evening we went for pitas, welcomed Maria from Italy, and went glow bowling. Our students were surprised that popular bowling in Canada has only five pins and a smaller ball, but most of them did really well at the sport regardless. We bowled the night long until it was time to pick up our midnight student who came as darkness fell: Stepan from Russia. Stepan joined us on the road trip last year and knew what to expect, and we were excited to see him return for another Vancouver summer of fun in the sun.[AFG_gallery id='332']
