Marmots- July 29, 2018 - A Day at the Pool

This morning, the students started off their day with nutritious breakfasts as well as an English lesson. They had a very tight schedule today filled with great activities so we headed on over to Southland Leisure Centre right after the English lesson for some fun sports and activities. We started off by playing some badminton and basketball. It was a lot of fun and all the students enjoyed this activity. We walked to a nearby park for a picnic and had a very Canadian and delicious Tim Hortons lunch! We then went back to the centre for swimming. The students enjoyed jumping off the diving board, going down the slides, the hot tub and their favourite part-THE WAVE POOL!!!!! We went back to SAIT for another FUN English lesson and went out to dinner to Swiss Chalet. The students really enjoyed their salad, chicken and mashed potatoes and were satisfied with such a fun day. Since they were so tired out, they fell sound asleep when we got back to SAIT.
