Scurrying alpine marmots - July 27th, 2018 - Ice Hockey and Rock Climbing

It was the first day of camp for the scurrying alpine marmots, and what an amazing first day it was! The marmots started the day off with some delicious and nutritious breakfast in their new breakfast rooms. It was than time for the check-in process through which the marmots received some awesome gifts and signed "the quarter contract" which obliged them to speak English at all times! After a placement english exam it was time for the Marmots to put on their sweat pants, grab their running shoes, and try out rock climbing! We all learned today that marmots are amazing climbers! After showcasing their climbing skills they headed out to play the most popular sport in Canada (or should we say the Canadian sport) which is of course ice hockey! The wonderful day ended with the marmots choosing what they want to eat for supper, grabbing the supplies, and making some very yummy food. It was time for bed after an hour of fun board games and of course fun wifi.[AFG_gallery id='808']
