What a fun day!Our day started with our brand new lesson groups. Some classes learned about body idioms and others about just HOW COOL dinosaurs are. After three lessons we headed to Happy Hut for a lunch to fuel us before our trip the city of Drumheller. Our first stop was Horseshoe canyon! What an amazing view we had as we hiked through the hoodoos. We had a great time climbing through the canyon before we headed back for some watermelon. After that we continued our journey to the land before time, the town of Drumheller also known as the Dinosaur capital of the world! Here we went to the Royal Tyrell Museum. Seeing all the fossils of the beast that walked the earth before was amazing. We could not get over just how big they are. Then we went to a splash park to cool down after the hot day while some of our lovely teachers and helpful students got our BBQ ready. After that long day we had a fun ride on the bus back to Calgary, ready to rest for our day of lessons and canoeing tomorrow![AFG_gallery id='581']
