Final Lessons, Talent Show Practice, and Casino Night!

Today the students completed their final lessons at Wynchemna. There were lots of tears and lovely moments shared as the students reflected on their ESL journey and experiences at Wynchemna! The students also took part in some fun classroom jeopardy and meme generating for their very own Caribous group.

After finishing their final lessons, the students continued practicing their amazing talents (including singing, dancing, acting, etc.) for the iconic talent show that will be taking place tomorrow! We are so excited to see everyone’s hard work be displayed!!

The students then took part in a fun and friendly casino night filled with eventful games including candy guess, uno, bingo, and many more activities! The students were able to participate using their fake money to win the ultimate jackpot. The casino also offered delicious pop refreshments and snacks at our very own Cafe, and the Root Beer float seemed to be a big hit among the students! The students experienced some good wins and some tough losses, but in the end, they all had a fantastic time and were able to win some BIG prizes with their winnings.

We cannot wait to see everybody’s amazing talents tomorrow and to start packing and getting ready for our big camping trip soon!
